Can I return items after they have been worn?

If you feel your order arrived in less-than-new condition please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If you've already worn your shoes and feel they have a manufacturing defect please complete the Defective Return Request form. Examples of manufacturing defects may include separation of the upper from the outsole, waterproof boots failing to keep out water, lacing eyelets breaking off, etc. Comfort is subjective and is not included under manufacturer warranties. For all other purchases, we accept returns in new, unworn condition within 90 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging (shoe box or bag) with hang tags and filler material intact.
