Yes, we guarantee all the products we sell to be free from manufacturer defects for 90 days. Most manufacturers guarantee their products for up to one year from the purchase date.
If you feel that a product you ordered from 2BigFeet has a manufacturer's defect, please fill out the Defective Merchandise Return Form. You will need to include your order number, description of the defect, and photos of the product.
Returns for defective merchandise, if accepted, are eligible for store credit only. Store credit is provided in the form of a digital 2BigFeet gift card.
This warranty is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to a product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair, or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller. Comfort is subjective and is not covered by manufacturer warranties.
We will cover return shipping costs (within the Contiguous US) for the first defective return within 90 days of purchase. We will calculate the exact shipping costs for any additional replacement needs.
