What if I'm not happy with my order?

We're not going to put a lot of big words in our guarantee to make it sound better, and you're not going to have to read a lot of legal stuff you don't care about. You want to know what happens if you're not happy. Well here it is, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

Wrong Size / Wrong Color / I'm just not happy

Simple. Return your order within 90 days for a store credit (gift card) or refund. It's that easy. The shoes just have to be in new, un-worn condition (as they were received by you) and that's it. Socks and accessories must be unworn and in the original, intact packaging with hang-tags intact. For hygiene reasons we do not accept opened socks.

Manufacturer's Defect / Quality Problems

Most manufacturers offer a guarantee on their shoes as long as the problem isn't the result of misuse. (for example, using the toes of one shoe to remove the other shoe by the heel) If you feel your shoes have a defect or quality issue complete the Defective Return Request form. Items deemed defective and covered under manufacturer's warranty will be replaced; they are not eligible for refund.
