  • Can you ship to a hotel or motel?

    We ship to hotels, motels, and resorts on a case by case basis. Orders shipping to a hotel, etc. are subject to more screening and may require 1-2 extra days of processing.
  • Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid?

    We offer a wide variety of diabetic & therapeutic footwear that may be eligible for Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement, but we do not bill them directly. You would need to speak to your podiatrist and insurance provider about the possibility of reimbursement.
  • Do you accept special orders?
